FROM GREEN BEANS TO YOUR CUP

01

Careful Sourcing

I choose single origins and blend components for the way they taste in the cup, not for a label.

02

Small-Batch Roasting

Every batch is roasted in small quantities so the beans arrive at your door at peak flavor.

03

Cupped & Checked

I taste everything I roast, so the notes on the bag are the notes in your mug.

04

Roasted To Order

Order online and your beans are sent out fresh — never sitting on a shelf for weeks.

05

Tasted Together

Join a guided tasting at the roastery and learn how origin, roast and brew shape your cup.

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

Where do you deliver?

I sell my beans online and ship to customers across the region. If you are ordering from further afield, get in touch and I will tell you honestly what is possible.

How fresh are the beans when they arrive?

I roast in small batches and send orders out fresh, so your beans arrive close to their roast date rather than after weeks on a shelf.

What is the difference between a single origin and a blend?

A single origin comes from one place and shows that coffee's own character. A blend balances several origins for a rounded everyday cup. I describe both clearly so you can choose.

How do I book a tasting?

Send me a message through the contact page and I will confirm the next available session. Tastings are guided, relaxed and open to anyone curious about coffee.

Do I need any experience to enjoy a tasting?

None at all. I walk you through what to look for, smell and taste — it is about enjoying coffee, not passing an exam.

Which grind should I order?

Whole bean keeps longest, but I can grind for your brew method. Tell me how you make coffee at home and I will match it.
