How I Work
FROM GREEN BEANS TO YOUR CUP
Careful Sourcing
I choose single origins and blend components for the way they taste in the cup, not for a label.
Small-Batch Roasting
Every batch is roasted in small quantities so the beans arrive at your door at peak flavor.
Cupped & Checked
I taste everything I roast, so the notes on the bag are the notes in your mug.
Roasted To Order
Order online and your beans are sent out fresh — never sitting on a shelf for weeks.
Tasted Together
Join a guided tasting at the roastery and learn how origin, roast and brew shape your cup.
My Way Of Working
ROAST SMALL, TASTE OFTEN, SEND IT FRESH
SMALL
FRESH
Good coffee is mostly freshness. I would rather roast a small batch today than let a big one fade, so every order leaves my roastery at its best.

Distinct coffees with their origin and character clearly described
House Blends
Balanced blends built for everyday brewing
Guided Tastings
Public tastings hosted at the roastery, exploring what makes a great cup

A Small-Batch Roastery
Arome Coffee is my specialty roastery in Cluj. I am Raluca Barbu, and I roast in small quantities, sell my beans online and host in-person tastings — because good coffee is easier to love when you know what went into it.
Small batches are not a gimmick. They are how I keep every order close to its roast date and make sure the flavors I describe are the ones you actually taste.
Whether you order beans for your kitchen or join me at the roasting table, the goal is the same: honest, freshly roasted coffee that is easy to enjoy.
